Abstract

The work General Aspects Regarding Public Administration During the Pandemic, written by Sorin Robu, analyzes how public administration responded to the challenges generated by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. The author explores topics such as the ethics of civil servants, administrative transparency, and institutional adaptability in the face of crises. With a particular focus on the ethical dimension and the importance of digitizing administrative processes, the work proposes clear directions for modernizing and improving the efficiency of public administration.
