The Evolution of the Public Administration over Time

In this paper we set out to analyze a brief history of the public administration starting from ancient times, i.e. before the formation of the modern states. We also analyzed the way in which the laws evolved, from the viewpoint of the organization of the state, in order to later focus on the way in which the transition from the democratic system to communism was made.
